Enterprise Systems Architect

We are looking for Enterprise Systems Architect to innovate, win, and grow with us!

Our enterprise systems include ERP, Financial Planning, HRIS, Procurement, and other related systems.   As the Enterprise Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise corporate systems solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative strategies to improve our enterprise systems architecture.   This is a critical role that will contribute to the success and growth of our organization. 

How you’ll contribute: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. 

• Lead the design and development of the enterprise systems architecture and ensure its compatibility with existing systems, software applications, and enterprise standards. 

• Conduct analysis of current systems architecture and identify areas for improvement or optimization. 

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems infrastructure. 

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure successful delivery of enterprise systems projects. 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and propose innovative solutions to optimize the systems architecture 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our enterprise systems with other business systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  A master’s degree is preferred. 

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Systems Architect, specializing in financial systems architecture (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Coupa, Ceridian, etc.) 

• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and their integration with other business systems. 

• Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

• Experience with cloud-based systems and technologies is a plus.
