Enterprise Systems Manager/Director

The Enterprise Systems Manager/Director will oversee the integration and management of enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Exchange, RingCentral, SAP, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Desk. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration Leadership:

• Manage the integration of Microsoft Exchange and Zoho CRM.
• Oversee RingCentral and Zoho CRM integration.
• Lead SAP, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Desk integration initiatives.

Strategic Leadership:

• Mentor and lead matrix teams, including business and technical groups.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless transitions and implementations.

Program Management:

• Drive program delivery, system transition, and successful implementation processes.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high-quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of experience in systems integration and enterprise platform management.
• Proven program delivery, transition, and implementation expertise.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
