Enterprise Technical Analyst

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Summary

Responsible for providing recommendations and documentation to the Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team for designated applications, systems, and projects through script automation, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), workflows, and process improvement using PowerShell and other tools to provide efficiencies and solutions to business units to automate banking activities, and expand automation efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Create, enhance, and implement Script Automation, Process Improvement, and Workflow Solutions
2. Participates in all aspects of software design and coding including, writing and maintaining code, and learning the codebase to continually improve coding skills.
3. Monitors the technical performance of internal systems and creates solutions to bug fixes as necessary.
4. Responds to various system requests from business units and/or technical teams.
5. Support scripting development for daily production tasks.
6. Partners with vendors, customers or business units to create, enhance and support Globalscape event rules, SFTP accounts and transfer directories.
7. Partners with application business owners to create, enhance and support Tricentis testing scripts.
8. Generate and satisfy internal/external documentation requests for existing and new task implementations.
9. Create application diagrams, process flow diagrams, reports, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
10. Designs, tests, and implements application changes.
11. Interfaces and engages with business units to clearly and concisely document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications; gathers information regarding program functionality.
12. Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
13. Provide, present, and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from four year college or technical school or 2-4 years of job related experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems or inefficiencies in processes/existing solutions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills

• Microsoft experience recommended.
• Strong problem-solving skills across both process and technical domains.
• Ability to communicate and translate technical strategy to non-technical business leaders and senior management.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• .Net/Java/Python proficiency a plus.
• Exposure to Cloud integration technologies is a plus.

Salary Range:$30.18 To 42.26 Hourly
