Enterprise Technical Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Technical Analyst who will coordinate deeply with Implementation, Product and Technical teams to design and configure scalable Indeavor customer solutions. You will support Implementations through the design and build of enterprise integrations, product solutions and UAT strategy. The Enterprise Technical Analyst will consult towards business process optimization, requirements elicitation, designing data ecosystems and present/deliver designs to key customer resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure technical solutions are consistent, scalable and supportable
- Accountable for sharing business objectives, requirements and alignment towards solution approach and integration designs
- Support implementation of workforce management solutions for enterprise customers using the Indeavor suite of applications, including Core Scheduling, Absence Management, Indeavor Engage, Automated Vacation Planning and SmartBackfill
- Design and build system integrations for enterprise customers through use of Indeavor APIs in conjunction with customer middleware
- Design and deploy UAT for critical project deliverables
- Lead and drive issues management
- Understand and explain highly complex scenarios or issues to high-level stakeholders in a concise way
- Contribute to successful implementations and customer satisfaction as a key member of project teams

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit, drive and desire to develop within a high-growth company
- Excellent professional communication skills in verbal and written form
- Experience designing and delivering integrated solutions with a variety of enterprise middleware solutions
- Experience as a technical consultant or data analyst supporting software deployments
- Comfort with ambiguity and exceeding expectations across multiple workstreams
- Background in cloud-based software deployment or support
- Programming background and experience streamlining business processes through technical solutions
- Fluency in multiple business technology platforms and experience streamlining internal application use
- Software programming concepts and exposure to languages; Python, C/C++, Java, SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, Javascript, Shell Scripting, and J2EE Standards
- Business fluency in multiple languages (preference for English, German, French & Spanish)
