Entry-Level Account Manager - Software

Job Summary

Spherexx is searching for an individual to provide excellent customer service as a Junior Account Manager. We LOVE English majors! Successful candidates will support our ILoveLeasing.com team and our users in various functions as outlined below. Entry-Level (no experience) salary starts at $17 per hour.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Quality control and auditing
• Calling clients, verifying information, and making updates to the ILoveLeasing.com application
• Data entry & testing software 3rd party integrations
• Focus on strong customer service skills via phone and written communication
• Research in the multi-housing industry
• Answering phones and general customer service
• Reviewing reports & helping clients understand how to use that data
• Providing demos & training sessions including managing attendees & reminders

Qualifications and Skills

• Highly organized individual with consistent follow-through
• Must type at least 65 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Excellent written & oral communication expertise - English majors are encouraged to apply!
• Solid data entry/keyboard skills
• Computer & internet knowledge & experience is preferred
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to memorize protocols and procedures
• Exhibit creative problem solving
• Be an introvert with a positive attitude
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Ability to work with a wide variety of clients and personalities
• Outstanding documentation and concise communication 
• Ability to comprehend and manage client expectations
• Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
