Entry Level Account Manager (Training Provided)

Our company is looking for Entry Level Account Managers who can assist with the expansion of our client's telecommunication services.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
• Deliver effective presentations to increase interest in our client's products and services
• Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for our telecommunication focused options our clients offer
• Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
• Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to drive sales

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)
• 2+ years experience in a customer service role
• Self-driven
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
