Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities: • Work with businesses to educate them on the new technology in the area, how it works, and describe its value proposition as it would relate to their needs • Build relations with each business owner and customer by asking questions and understanding how to create a best-in-class experience • Resolve customer requests and inquiries efficiently by being knowledgeable on services and empathic towards their needs • Complete the sales process with any business directly to initiate and increase the sales for our client • Work with other team members to strategize and execute a sales process to properly qualify prospective businesses • Communicate regularly with team members, the sales support staff, and the client if needed to adjust and stay educated on any changes in the features being offered as it is a newly released technology Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications: • Experience in a customer service, sales, and/or related fields is preferred • Drive to accomplish goals and a proven track record of working with customers directly • A positive and professional attitude that is infectious both with our other team members, and our customers • Motivated and self-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and energetic environment • Exceptionally confident to be an early adopter of new products and sales tactics • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal is a plus • Comfortable navigating technology to be able to present or demonstrate products to customers and business owners Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: On the road
