As a participant in the Insight ACE (Accelerated Consulting Experience) Program you will learn skills to prepare you for success in your first role as a junior consultant, including but not limited to• Effective communication• Problem-Solving strategies• Roles & Responsibilities on a project• Agile fundamentals• Sales cycle overview• Technical learning & hands-on training

For the Business Analyst track, candidates will -• Effectively elicit requirements from stakeholders• Understand desired business value• Demonstrate effective user story writing and acceptance criteria documentation• Prioritize features and user stories in pursuit of value• Effectively facilitate meetings with Insight and client participants• Utilize the Scrum Framework and Agility• Participate in Story Mapping and Process Flows• Use various backlog management tools• Articulate the value a BA brings to a team• Integrate within the team and understand the various roles and specific BA interactions• Understand the purpose of breaking down work and organizing it into a backlog that is continuously managed• Understand the basics of technology solution architecture
