Entry Level Customer Account Manager

As the Entry Level Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Treat all customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide information about the products, sales, and services directly to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on sales interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, sales, and services

Our Entry Level Customer Account Manager position requires the following:

• Ability to work unsupervised
• Experience in sales and client-facing
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Reports to Customer Service & Sales Managers
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• High school diploma or GED
