What You’ll Do: • Represent our clients inside retail partner locations across Oak Brook and surrounding areas (local travel up to 30 miles). • Greet and engage customers, provide product and service information, and generate leads or sales. • Deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting weekly sales and engagement goals. • Work full-time shifts on your feet (8 hours), with start times at7:30 AM or 10:30 AM. • Lift and move up to 25 pounds as part of the role. • Attend in-person meetings and training sessions to learn sales processes, software tools, and client updates. • Follow company standards in communication, professionalism, and appearance. Schedule Requirements: • Full-time (40–42 hours per week). • Must be availableat least 3 weekdays plus 1 weekend day. • Flexible scheduling options available for days off, butweekend availability is required. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly Base Pay:$16 – $20 (depending on experience). • Weekly Pay Structure:Base + uncapped commissions and bonuses. • Earning Potential:$800 – $1,800 per week (average performers).
