Entry Level Customer Support Representative

To develop relationship-based customer service opportunities that not only convey the message, but make sure it was received. The Customer Relationship Representative will use their emotional intelligence and history of interpersonal communications in combination with our extensive training and one-on-one mentorship, to become fully equipped as an expert in the industry and the brand of our organization. Customer Relationship Representative Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and execute the relationship building model and strategy
• Focus on the experience and success of current customers
• Measure the success of you campaigns
