The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience using various customer success and customer relationship management techniques. If you love helping people and are customer-centric, you will also love this position. Your main responsibility will be to focus on the success and growth of existing customers and expanding awareness to new customers. Our goal is simple. To develop relationship-based customer service opportunities that not only convey the message, but make sure it was received. This serves our brand in both the short and long-term, as any exposure is good exposure.

The Customer Relationship Representative will use their emotional intelligence and history of interpersonal communications in combination with our extensive training and one-on-one mentorship, to become fully equipped as an expert in the industry and the brand of our organization. You will become exceptionally well-versed in this program leading to potential advancement opportunities.


Customer Relationship Representative Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute the relationship building model and strategy
  • Focus on the experience and success of current customers
  • Measure the success of you campaigns
  • Prepare and present campaigns results
  • Educate our customers about our products and services
  • Encourage others to act as advocates!
  • Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Answer questions and provide resources to deepen understanding and build confidence
