Entry Level Enrollment Associate

We are seeking someone who is articulate, bright, and detailed-oriented for this position! Our Entry Level Enrollment Associate would train alongside our team of leaders to top regional Marketing & Sales Firms.

In this entry-level role, the entry level enrollment associate will use their enthusiasm to assist the on-site marketing team with all tasks associated with developing and achieving the company’s overall marketing and sales plan.

Entry Level Enrollment Associate Duties:

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
• Community engagement in person with potential buyers
• Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members
• Take initiative and resolve escalations or objections
• Process orders and data entry with high-level precision
• Represent the company as needed at community events and networking gatherings
• Record and maintain accurate statistical data on all individuals approached

Requirements for the Entry Level Enrollment Associate Position:

• Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
• Must be organized
• Must be personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily
• Must have great attention to detail
• Must be a team player
• Must have strong communication skills

Desired Skills for the Entry Level Enrollment Associate:

• Comfort taking initiative to learn the data needs of the program, determine and generate corresponding data reports, and share findings on an ongoing basis
