Entry Level Event & Fundraising Representative

Social Enterprises is one of the fastest growing promotional marketing firms in the Houston area. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and passionate team player to become our next Event & Fundraising Representative. The Event & Fundraising Representative should be tenacious individuals that are knowledgeable in customer-oriented environments with a drive to continuously develop their skills. Our focus is to create interactive promotional fundraising campaigns to increase the brand awareness of our charity partners. The mission of our Event & Fundraising Representative is to master the daily operations for our promotional campaigns and exposure through in-person interactions. Event & Fundraising Representative Responsibilities: 

• Implement promotional campaigns and brand awareness strategies by interacting with the clients’ consumers and personally generate exposure by providing relevant information on our nonprofit partners 
• Complete training and master all product knowledge, brand awareness and promotional techniques 
• Attend daily meetings at our office to review current events and forecasting 
• Effectively drive engagement to increase potential repeat donors and and meet our fundraising goals 
• Engage with customers in a friendly and informational manner
• Inventory management and forecasting of event sales

Event & Fundraising Representative Requirements:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in events, promotions, marketing, retail or customer facing role 
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers and store personnel
• Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
• Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and self-driven motivation
• Ability to problem-solve effectively and independently
• Confidence personally speaking to groups and individuals 

• Flexible availability to work day, evening, weekends and may include local travel
