As an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in promoting our fundraising events and driving revenue through sales efforts.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our fundraising events, generating leads, and converting them into event participants, sponsors, and donors.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote fundraising events through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and community outreach.
  • Identify and pursue leads through outbound prospecting, networking events, and referrals to generate event participants, sponsors, and donors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing information about our events and the impact of supporting our causes.
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitches to potential sponsors and donors, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us and the value of supporting our events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements and event participation for clients.
  • Track sales activities and opportunities in CRM software, maintaining accurate records and following up with leads in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral to support sales efforts and promote events.
  • Participate in event planning meetings and provide input on marketing and sales strategies to maximize event success.
  • Provide post-event follow-up and support to clients, ensuring a positive experience and cultivating long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
  • Passion for meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or event planning is a plus but not required.
