NCO is looking for an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing and promotions team. This team helps us run campaigns for our brand partners. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our established marketing techniques, working alongside a dedicated team of customer service professionals. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, providing top-tier support, and keeping our clients at the forefront of their industries. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers daily, sharing product and service knowledge, and addressing any queries they may have. This role also offers the chance to collaborate closely with our managers and sales team, contributing to lead generation and upselling opportunities.

Entry Level Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Working with the Entry Level Marketing Associate and Managers to integrate product and service knowledge with the opportunity for sales promotions to local customers.
• Staying updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing the customer support and sales team of noteworthy news items and opportunities to provide the highest level of support and guidance.
• Be consistently professional, friendly, and positive in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the support team.

Entry Level Marketing Associate Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in a customer service base position
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to be adaptable at any given time when working with customers
• Communication skills
• Reliable transportation to the office daily
• Ambition and desire to grow in a career
