Entry Level Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will:• Collaborate with firm Partners on development and production of proposals and other marketing materials• Create and maintain marketing materials, data information systems, tracking systems and records• Coordinate tradeshow events and design collateral• Provide editing and writing support for marketing materials• Perform research on prospective clients, market sectors, and market trends• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to drive firm success• Update website information• Opportunities to take marketing photos
The ideal candidate will have:• Graphic ability and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign• The desire to work with people at all levels and be a team player• Excellent time management skills and problem solving skills• Detail oriented with an aptitude for organization and multi-tasking• Strong writing and/or technical editing skills• A Bachelor's degree (preferred)• 1-3 years related experience or internship• Working knowledge of marketing proposal process (preferred)
