To successfully achieve our vision, we are seeking ambitious, zealous, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Marketing & Customer Service Associates.Â
Responsibilities of a Marketing & Customer Service Associate:Â
- Deliver public presentations to potential customers and educate them on the benefits of our client’s products, services, and promotionsÂ
- Increase customer satisfaction and customer retention by providing potential customers utmost customer service
- Build a personalized relationship with customers, established through active listening toward a positive purchasing experienceÂ
- Identity a potential customer’s needs, troubleshoot to resolve any of their problems, and customize their sales purchases according to what best fits their needs
- Utilize product knowledge, competitive pricing, and market research to upsell our client’s products and services and drive up our sales revenueÂ
- Ensure that the customer’s contact information, installation dates, and sales package are recorded accuratelyÂ
- Strategize with our fellow Marketing & Customer Service Associates in team settings on effective sales techniques and relationship-building tactics that increase customer engagementÂ
- Maintain current knowledge of our client’s products, services, promotions, sales targets, and campaign goals by attending all virtual conference calls and on-site trainingÂ
- Create relationships with our Sales Executives and senior-level Customer Service team members to review, establish and attain all sales targets and goalsÂ
Marketing & Customer Service Associate Skills Preferred:Â

Basic Qualifications of a Marketing & Customer Service Associate:Â
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications requiredÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or other related fields preferred
- 1-3 years of experience working in Sales, Promotions, Customer Service, or other related fields preferredÂ
- Easy friend-maker who can build relationships quickly
- Reliable transportation to an on-site location
