Description
Capital Technology Group (CTG) is seeking a smart, talented, and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Operations Associate. In this multifaceted role, you will support various areas of our operations team, gaining exposure to different facets of our operations. This position combines technical writing, business development, and technical recruiting responsibilities to support our growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for technology, business development, and recruiting.
Requirements:
- Remote work (Priority will be given to candidates located in the DC area first, followed by those in the Eastern time zone.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and foster partnerships with internal leadership
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with applicants, ensuring an exceptional application experience with CTG
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to understand government clearances and discuss clearance status with candidates as it relates to projects
- Ability to work independently but also enjoys contributing to a team
- No prior professional work experience is required for this role! We seek individuals who are eager to learn quickly, develop their skills, and contribute to a motivated and fun team!
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workable, etc.)
- A background in technical recruiting , technical writing, and/or business development.Β
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Lead social media and branding campaigns to enhance company presence.
- Work closely with the business development team to facilitate company growth.
- Assist in writing and reviewing proposals to support business initiatives.
Salary Information:
We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $40k to $60k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
