Entry Level - Operations Manager Trainee

Semi-Trailer Big Box, a Big Truck and Semi-Trailer dealership with Branches in Atlanta Georgia and Dallas Texas is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Operations Manager Trainees. This is an entry level position with an aggressive learning curve and environment. We are looking for individuals who possess very clear goals. We are seeking individuals who know what they want and who have a strong desire to constantly learn, grow and share.

Position Summary: Located at our Waxahachie Branch off of I-35 and Sterrett Rd.

These are full time career positions in the fast-paced hard working Transportation Industry

Major Position Objectives:

• Supports the Equipment Sales team to achieve Goals &Objectives
• Coordinate activities between the Operations and Sales Teams. 
• Manages Transportation activity. 
• Manages Maintenance activity.
• Manage General Administration 
• Coordinate and support Sales activity 
• Coordinate and support Marketing activity 

Job Qualifications:

• Ideal for recent college graduates
• College Degree or relevant work experience 1-3 years min. 
• Interest in Transportation Equipment-Industry
• Candidate will enjoy being in a very physically active support role.
• Inside-Outside. Office, Shop and Equipment Yard activity - Jeans environment
• Ability to multi-task independently and as part of a team
• Strong Organizational Skills-Attention to Detail
• Time Management-Ability to Prioritize work.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Mature capacity to deal with multiple personalities.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS)
• Experience in database applications.
• Reliable, dependable, motivated outgoing individual.

Pay and Benefits:

• Base -$40k per year (paid weekly) 
• Basic Schedule 8-5 M-F
• Branch Office in Waxahachie Texas
• 8 Paid Holidays per year
