Entry Level Project Support Analyst

Job Description

ASRC Federal Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal is seeking an Entry Level Project Support Specialist.

Key Role:

Responsible for the following areas related to a portfolio of NASA contracts:

• Ensure proper general ledger coding of accounts and invoices
• Performs data entry into financial and payments systems
• Track and maintain vendor expenses and payments
• Maintain vendor files
• Supports development of monthly and periodic invoices
• Handle vendor calls regarding outstanding payment
• Follow-up on invoicing issues
• Reconcile monthly P-card
• Assist in monthly accounting closing process to include (preparing accruals, review project revenue)
• Support periodic budget and forecasting
• Support periodic EAC review
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements

• B.A or B.S degree, or 5 years' experience with 2 in Government contract administration
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office skillset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to manage priorities and workload with multiple assignments
• Deltek Costpoint or Cognos experience is a plus
• Significant Government contracting work experience is a plus
• Must be a US citizen with ability to pass a Government background investigation
