About you:

Main Responsibilities:

• Update the Applicant Tracking Systems weekly with new job requisitions
• Thoroughly review applicant resumes and cover letters for desired experience and fit for numerous positions
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess motivations, availability, and communication skills
• Document interview feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Manage a high volume of applicants
• Schedule candidate meetings and interviews
• File documents, reports, and reference checks
• Assist in the recruitment of all levels of healthcare
• Provide administrative support to the Talen Acquisitions team
• Organize Job Fairs and community events
• Supporting the onboarding process
• Additional tasks as required

Skills and Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with full cycle, high-volume recruiting experience in an agency, or corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting within the Healthcare industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, and multiple online collaboration tools is preferred
• High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment.
