About you:
Main Responsibilities:
- Update the Applicant Tracking Systems weekly with new job requisitions
- Thoroughly review applicant resumes and cover letters for desired experience and fit for numerous positions
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess motivations, availability, and communication skills
- Document interview feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage a high volume of applicants
- Schedule candidate meetings and interviews
- File documents, reports, and reference checks
- Assist in the recruitment of all levels of healthcare
- Provide administrative support to the Talen Acquisitions team
- Organize Job Fairs and community events
- Supporting the onboarding process
- Additional tasks as required
Skills and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience with full cycle, high-volume recruiting experience in an agency, or corporate environment.
- Experience recruiting within the Healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, and multiple online collaboration tools is preferred
- High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment.
