Entry - Level Recruiting Coordinator

Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is a progressive research and development company with a 40+ year legacy of providing innovative products and services to the government and private sectors. The Integrated Mission Systems Sector in Raleigh, NC has a unique opportunity for an Entry - Level Recruiting Coordinator to support our team by playing a vital role in recruiting top talent to join our Sector!

Primary duties will include working with our leadership team and HR to identify organizational needs, assisting managers in creating/reviewing job postings and posting open roles on behalf of the sector. Additionally, in this role, tasks will include candidate screening, coordinating, and scheduling interviews, candidate/job management within our ATS, and ensuring compliance during the entire process.

Hybrid work is available for this role with an on-site presence in the Raleigh, NC office to support our team.

Entry - Level Recruiting Coordinator Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree along with 0-2 years relevant work experience or equivalent professional experience (at least 6 years) will be considered for talented candidates without a degree
• Prior experience working within an applicant tracking system and managing candidates as well as scheduling interviews via MS Outlook
• Proactive contributor, eager to learn, organized, and process driven
• Strong communications skills and attention to detail
• Desire to work with a collaborative team and own their work
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Effective interpersonal, time management, and organization skills

Entry - Level Recruiting Coordinator Preferred Experience:

• Demonstrated knowledge or experience with recruiting in the following industries and fields:
  • Computer sciences
  • Engineering/Science
  • Technical Fields
• Prior UltiPro Recruiting ATS experience
• Previous experience working in Government and/or the Defense Industry
