What You’ll Do as a Entry-Level Sales Associate β€’ Represent Ascendancy Capital and our telecommunications partners at community events and local outreach programs. β€’ Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and explain wireless and internet service options with clarity and enthusiasm. β€’ Guide eligible customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience. β€’ Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets, directly contributing to campaign success. β€’ Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, current promotions, and program requirements. β€’ Build strong relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and long-term service retention. β€’ Accurately document sales data and provide feedback on event performance to management. β€’ Collaborate with team members to share insights, refine strategies, and maintain a high-energy sales environment. What We’re Looking For β€’ High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus. β€’ 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, events, or promotions preferred. β€’ Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-based setting. β€’ Strong attention to detail with enrollment processes and paperwork. β€’ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow. β€’ Reliable transportation to travel to different community event locations in Los Angeles.
