What Youβll Do as a Entry-Level Sales Associate
β’ Represent Ascendancy Capital and our telecommunications partners at community events and local outreach programs.
β’ Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and explain wireless and internet service options with clarity and enthusiasm.
β’ Guide eligible customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience.
β’ Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets, directly contributing to campaign success.
β’ Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, current promotions, and program requirements.
β’ Build strong relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and long-term service retention.
β’ Accurately document sales data and provide feedback on event performance to management.
β’ Collaborate with team members to share insights, refine strategies, and maintain a high-energy sales environment.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus.
β’ 0β2 years of experience in customer service, sales, events, or promotions preferred.
β’ Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-based setting.
β’ Strong attention to detail with enrollment processes and paperwork.
β’ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow.
β’ Reliable transportation to travel to different community event locations in Los Angeles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
