As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team to drive revenue and meet targets through effective campaign planning, execution, and coordination. This role offers a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in residential sales and management Responsibilities: • Assist in creating and executing strategic marketing plans to target specific customer segments and achieve sales goals. • Support the development and lead the facilitation of engaging sales presentations to local businesses. • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and results. • Implement sales campaigns aimed at promoting our client's available products and/or services. Qualifications: • Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or related field is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. • Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to pursue a career in residential sales and management. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Additional Information: • This is a full-time direct employment opportunity • This position will be representing AT&T directly to local businesses and does involve business-to-business sales • All employees will be required to attend daily meetings at our office prior to traveling to assigned local region (all assigned regions are within a 20-30 mile radius of our office in Bellevue • The schedule is Monday-Saturday • Benefits are available for eligible employees • There is a 2 week hands-on training period • Upon completion of training, pay is based on individual performance. Associates are paid a minimum of $70 per new customer they enroll into a service plan. $700 per week is the average commission earned per employee Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $700.00 per week Benefits: • 401(k) Work Location: In person
