Job Summary:

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry-Level, Full-Stack Software Developer with project experience in Java, C++, and SQL Server. As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and implementing software solutions for our clients.

This position requires the ability to obtain Federal background clearance, and it is essential that applicants be US citizens, as no visa or work permit sponsorship will be offered. Please note that relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to analyze user requirements and design software solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain high-quality software code using Java, C++, and SQL Server for both front-end and back-end applications.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation, ensuring optimal database performance.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of reliable and secure software applications.
• Implement DevSecOps practices to uphold the highest levels of security and stability in the software development process.
• Contribute ideas and expertise to improve existing software projects and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Strong project experience with Java, C++, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Full-Stack development concepts and frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries for complex database operations.
• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain Federal background clearance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
