Entry Level Technical Sales Support

Our Test Lab is looking for a Sales Support Manager to join our team in our South East Valley office. The Sales support Manager learns the role by supporting top Sales Execs. This client advocate will have a key role in championing our Sr Sales Execs grow the business by such great service and support we leave our clients in shock & awe about the elite customer service they receive every time they interact with us.

We will teach you the business and how to succeed via our proven methods and advanced ERP Software. Learn the ropes under our successful Sales Execs that help our Sales Support Execs learn the business. We maintain past and new customers while learning all the details in the selling process. We loop in our engineers during the gathering the project details prior to a Discovery Call.
 

Responsibilities: 

• Our Sales Support managers stay in close touch with company’s engineers while monitoring the next steps in the sales cycle to ensure balls don’t get dropped. 
• This is role is heavy customer service, being a customer advocate, being in the details, sales support role with a little project management, scheduling, client account feedback reviews & occasional trade shows mixed in.
• The ideal candidate comes with some college experience, customer service, sales, follow up, inside sales support. Best Buy Experience, or Cell phone Sales is a good prior job. Continually improving the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.
• Customer support –You are strong on the phones, Answer calls and emails from clients, identify their needs and get them on a call with our Sr Execs new products or services.

Requirements:

• Some relevant college experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with taking and managing phone calls
• Experience with CRM software
• Familiarity with MS programs, WORD, EXCEL.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• You were made for success
