Environment Stability Engineer

Job Description:
The Environment Stability Engineer will provide tactical and strategic solutions to help with overall lower level environment stability across Channel Services and Onboarding Technology.
The role responsibility will be for the macro planning, coordinating and communication of defined change for Channel Service Onboarding Technology (Global Banking) Portfolio and programs which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations within CSOT and across the broader CIO (GBT and beyond) landscape. Key responsibilities includes governing change progression through the LLE's (SIT, UAT, LT) to Production in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, clearing delivery obstacles introduced by competing priorities, and managing risks.
This role ensures execution and delivery meets the stakeholder expectations in terms of the target outcomes, communication & timeline.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven working experience in technical project management, non-technical tasks related to application & infrastructure request and compliance deliverables
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS-Project / Confluence development skills would be a plus / 5+ years of executive presentation design would be a plus
• Knowledge of environment stability dashboards and metrics would be a plus
• Developing execution strategies/plans while tracking deliverables and milestones against them
• Strong working experience driving environment issues to resolution
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills across both technical and non-technical terms
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Collaboration and building contacts with various stakeholders with excellent negotiation, client-facing and internal communication skills

Desired Skills

• Java Environment management experience
• 5+ years technical coordination skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field highly preferred

Pay and benefits information
Jersey City pay range:
$90,500 - $175,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
