Sodexo is seeking an Part Time Environmental Service Manager 1 for Roswell Park Cancer Institute, located in Buffalo New York. This is a day Shift position, with some weekends and Holidays.

We are looking for candidates who can:

• Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
• Interact with patients and the staff
• Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
• Maintain safety documentation and training for unit

Employees who work at this location are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment, absent a legally required exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and provide proof of vaccination

What You'll Do

This position will manage the Environmental Service staff at a 142 bed facility. The staff are are on the client payroll,
