As a Building Janitorial Manager at Sodexo, you will oversee housekeeping operations for Rich Products' World Headquarters in Buffalo, NY. Leading a team of approximately 15 employees across three buildings, you'll ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the corporate offices. This is a Monday- Friday Second Shift position, must be able to work 2pm-10:30pm

What You'll Do

• Direct daily custodial operations, ensuring employees have the necessary equipment and resources to meet goals and deadlines.
• Maintain housekeeping and custodial services to meet standards and contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Sodexo/client policies (e.g., quality assurance, safety, operations).
• Foster a safe work environment by ensuring equipment safety, compliance with safety programs, and providing ongoing safety training.
• Conduct regular inspections of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, labs, and general areas.
• Oversee inventory, manage weekly schedules, and ensure proper staffing while supporting the hiring, training, and development of new staff.
