Environmental Services Supervisor

We need an Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at Indianspring in Cincinnati, OH. 

$40,000 to $55,000 Per Year

You’ll oversee the central supply/ordering, housekeeping and laundry staff to promote a clean, organized facility

 You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Maintaining proper PAR levels of items to ensure the facility to has all the needed supplies to provide excellent care
• Overseeing housekeepers to promote a clean & safe care environment
• Following proper infection control guidelines
• Performing routine facility checks to ensure practices are maintained
• Managing facility laundry process & completing personal laundry for residents
• Working with other facility department heads to ensure tasks are completed
• Assisting with department task completion as needed
• Scheduling department staff according to facility standards to ensure appropriate coverage throughout the day
• Helping to hire & train new staff
