Environmental Services Technician (FT)

Dunwoody Village, a five-star rated continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Newtown Square (eastern Delaware County) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Environmental Services Technician (EST) for our daytime shifts, 7am-3pm & 8am-4pm. This position does require working a weekend and holiday rotation. The EST is responsible for providing a clean environment to all assigned areas including but not limited to common areas, private resident rooms, offices, bathrooms, and/or storage areas. The EST has a strong working knowledge of sanitizing and disinfecting of bathrooms and common areas. The candidate must have 1+ years of experience as an EST housekeeper. Commercial floorcare experience is preferred.
