About the PositionWe are now hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team as a strategic partner to our CEO during an exciting time of growth and transformation. We are fortunate that our current CFO, who has played an invaluable role in building the accounting operations since the inception of our company, will be available to ensure a smooth transition and will stay on as a trusted advisor. We are seeking a leader who has experience in a mid-size company during a period of significant growth to help us plan for the future and scale our finance and accounting operations with excellence.Â

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Prepare and execute financial planning.
- Manage and track cash flow.
- Analyze the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and propose corrective actions.
- Analyze accounts and reconciliations.
- Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
- Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
- Communicate and work with CEO through weekly or biweekly meetings.
- Manage and develop the finance and accounting teams.
- Lead implementation of employee development plans and end of year reviews.
- Follow all requirements outlined in the Quality Management System.
- Engage with internal integration team for new ERP system (Netsuite) in conjunction with outside implementation team.
- Foster a positive work environment for all Eosera employees.
- Be a brand ambassador for Eosera, fostering a culture of innovation, exceptionally high standards, and true partnership with team members and all external stakeholders.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Minimum of a Master’s in Accountancy, Finance or Business; CPA preferred
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, including 5+ years of experience leading a small team
- Experience in a small or mid-size company (~$10-100mm in revenue) through a significant growth period
- Experience in manufacturing and/or with inventory accounting is a plus
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, working with investors, recapitalizations, and/or raising capital is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills; capable of earning trust and credibility with board members, leadership, and team members company-wide, as well as able to present complex information in a way that is easily digestible both visually and verbally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical aptitude for other business software platforms; experience with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledgeable and passionate about cultivating a collaborative, peak performance culture
