Job Overview
The EQS Billing Manager drives billing, administration, and sales activity for our ERS and NAOU billing team members. This manager will need to optimize team efficiencies and continue to evaluate and ensure process are followed for optimal customer service excellence. In addition, this role will help to develop and maintain a RED process to ensure our teams are following the correct process for billing our customers. This manager will also be expected to also be responsible to understand our billing systems and be enabled to help fill in as necessary during busier months or when other team members are on vacation. The EQS Billing Manager will need to monitor revenue goals by MU and help update our field teams (EQS, Sales, CCH) on where they stand to drive greater results.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain responsibility for overall development of the ERS and NAOU billing team, to coach, teach, and train on process, customer service, and upselling lead's that are generated by our field teams.
- Fill in with Leads and Invoicing for team in busier months and for vacation coverage.
- Develop and preform RED (Right Execution Daily) surveys for ERS and NAOU Billing Team.
- Help coordinate and report out status for large key customers and projects.
- Develop relationships with local field teams (Sales, CCH, EQS).
- Collaborate with MU's and ERS BDM's to drive local activity: facilitate meetings as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Possess at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience of business administration or management.
- 2 years minimum leadership experience with a successful track record of driving performance results.
- Ability to coach, teach, train and develop people effectively.
- Advanced problem solving skills, with ability to balance competing priorities.
- Ability to effectively lead, and communicate to audiences of varying skillsets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience.
- Preferred degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Communications.
