Summary

The position is located in the Office of Civil Rights (ACR). The incumbent serves as an Equal Opportunity Specialist on the Civil Rights Staff, and is responsible for administering and implementing internal programs to ensure Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations and objectives are met.

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized Experience is: Experience applying Federal EEO laws, regulations, policies, and procedures while making technical recommendations to prepare, analyze statistical data collected, and aide in resolving concerns to prepare comprehensive reports in regard to EEO problems.

OR

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.

OR

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.

Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.
