Summary
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST (T5), Position Description Number T5420P01and is part of the AL HRO Staffing ARMY, National Guard.

- Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance of the position.
- May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours; overtime may be required.
- May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.
- Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other type of experience which demonstrates ability to meet and deal effectively with persons of different ages, races, and economic and education background; to collect and assemble pertinent facts, and to prepare clear and concise written reports.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 1 year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Specialized experience is experience, education or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of Equal Employment Opportunity to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
Education
Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degreeor
LL.B. or J.D., if relatedYou must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
