Job Description

(1) Equipment Maintenance 
1. Responsible for the daily maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance of factory equipment.

2. Manage spare parts, materials, and tools while strictly controlling costs.
3. Optimize equipment and repair methods, address recurring complex faults, and participate in new construction and renovation projects.
4. Develop equipment maintenance procedures and operating instructions, establish equipment records, document maintenance and testing information, and manage relevant documents.
5. Follow up on outsourced project implementation and acceptance, and assist in managing external contractors.
6. Ensure the safety management of equipment and personnel, and contribute to improvements in safety, environmental protection, energy efficiency, and compliance.

(2) Personnel Management 
1. Assist supervisors in organizing the daily tasks of team members.
2. Assist in evaluating the daily performance of team members.
3. Organize team-building and training activities to enhance the overall capabilities of the team.

(3) Other Duties
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, with good English reading and writing skills.
• Valid high/low voltage electrician certification.
• Over five years of experience in factory equipment maintenance, with the ability to independently resolve common equipment issues.
• Experience in managing a maintenance team.
• Salary negotiable.
