The role is US-based (remote, preferred Northeast) with occasional travel to HQ in Manchester, New Hampshire. The Equity Administrator reports to the Sr. Director, Compensation/Benefits/HCMS.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of the company's global equity programs, including processing new equity awards (restricted stock units and performance stock units), cancellations/forfeitures, processing of vesting events, and management of Employee Stock Purchase Plan(s)
  • Load, track and maintain equity award information through Fidelity's global equity management platform
  • Provide comprehensive answers and service to employees at all levels regarding equity programs
  • Partner with our stock plan provider to develop and deliver educational materials on a regular basis
  • Manage bi-annual ESPP enrollment and purchase processes through Fidelity's platform, coordinating with payroll
    • Coordinate with payroll and third party to ensure accurate processing of enrollment, changes, refunds, disqualifying dispositions, and plan maximums
  • Collaborate with multiple international payroll, financial and executive contacts for purposes of equity reporting; responsible for accurate and timely reporting to numerous internal groups (Legal, Finance, executives, Compensation Committee, etc.)
    • Manage and communicate performance stock unit scorecard updates to executives
    • Assist local country contacts with completion of equity-related filing requirements, including compliance with China SAFE regulations
    • Collaborate with international payrolls to ensure tax withholding and income reporting processes are accurate and compliant
    • Collaborate with finance to maintain and report on equity pool utilization, for updates to Compensation Committee and share accounting
  • Maintenance of insider lists and trading blackout windows
  • Partner with Legal and Finance teams to provide data for required Section 16 Officer SEC reporting
  • Assist with preparation of annual executive compensation disclosure in annual proxy statement
  • Assist in enhancing and documenting equity-related procedures, policies, and controls
  • Work with internal and external auditors and finance team for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, as well as ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed
  • Due Diligence in collaboration with legal and tax partners prior to delivering equity plans in new international locations
  • Assist in participation and interpretation of 3rd party compensation surveys
  • Keep current on trends and competitive practices in equity compensation, offering recommendations as Allegro's equity plan evolves
  • Stay up-to-date on legislative and tax changes affecting global equity awards


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant equity administration experience in a global public company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Track record of successfully leading daily and annual stock plan activities relating to Restricted Stock Units, Performance Stock Units, and ESPP administration in US and international locations
  • Experience with US federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation, as well as general knowledge of global taxation of equity compensation
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills working with large data sets, audits, reconciliations, v-lookups, and complex calculations with great attention to detail
  • Prior responsibility working with audit firms relating to equity
  • Sensitivity to employee privacy laws such as GDPR and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong audience awareness and ability to articulate appropriately to various stakeholders including senior leaders, Finance, HR, Payroll and Legal partners, and employees at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects and requests with exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
  • Working knowledge of financial reporting background surrounding stock comp expense and shares outstanding
  • Preferred skills/experience:
    • CEP completed or in progress
    • Experience with Fidelity's equity administration platform
