Equity Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Job Description
As Equity C&B Analyst, your role entails supporting the administration of the Group’s equity compensation and benefits plans on a global basis.
Equity Compensation
- Manage data of the Group’s equity plan participants and the equity platform;
- Support the Finance Consolidation & Reporting team in their needs for disclosure of Equity Awards Compensation;
- Manage proposals and reports for management approval before creation and distribution of grant notices and award; packages to participants;
- Ensure equity compliance and assist participants in their questions regarding the equity plans along with tax and legal teams.
Benefits
- Manage vendors’ procure to pay process;
- Maintain benefits policies for the Group;
- Support in the operational aspects of Benefit administration and engagement;
- Assist in developing a brand across the company using internal communication channels;
- Support in optimizing and streamlining processes.
Minimum 2 years experience in a Paralegal or Benefit role;
Strong appetite and eager to learn equity management and database and/or benefits administration;
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet;
Solution oriented with the ability to multitask;
Previous experience in working on and managing Equity Management Platforms for a private or public company is a strong plus;
Fluency in English required.
