With this purpose in mind, NYLIM Marketing organizes and executes initiatives and campaigns to create preference in our brand and provoke consideration in our many highly rated investment solutions. The NYLIM Product Marketing team offers deep domain product expertise, develops high-impact product marketing materials with timely stories relevant to today's market, and oversees broader thematic product marketing campaigns designed to generate demand in our solutions.

The Equity Product Marketing Manager, in conjunction with one direct report, will be responsible for supporting NYLIM's suite of equity solutions, which are sub-advised by various investment boutiques. The ideal candidate will have management experience and a strong investment marketing background to coordinate the development of equity marketing content and lead integrated marketing campaigns in support of mutual funds, SMAs, and ETF product lines.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop and execute marketing campaigns and content to support key equity products.
• Partner with product management and investment partners on the idea generation and creation of new product marketing materials in various formats, including blogs, webcasts, videos, brochures, presentations, flyers and digital representation of such materials.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase advisor engagement and funnel movement for equity strategies.
• Partner with key internal business teams to drive campaign efforts including: digital marketing, segment marketing, performance marketing, distribution teams, business intelligence and compliance.
• Lead the marketing aspect of new product launches and initiatives by designing comprehensive roadmaps that include the creation of new product marketing materials and plans for bringing them to market.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly equity marketing material updates, leading the efforts to ensure product positioning remains appropriate and is consistent across all related materials.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required, concentration in marketing, finance, economics or communications a plus
• 7+ years of investment marketing experience, with a focus on equity products preferred
• Prior Management experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Dynamic, high-reaching, creative and innovative, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performing team environment; collaborating with others as well as working independently
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of Power Point and other Microsoft Office software skills
• Series 7 or 6 license a plus (or an opportunity to obtain)

Salary range: $115,000-$175,000
