ABOUT THE POSITION

The Equity Program Manager on the total rewards team will manage all of our global equity and long-term cash systems and programs, owning the programs end to end. Responsibilities may include managing the equity administration system, integrations, and configuration, developing the overall stock expense budget, financial costing, and annual projections, recommending employee eligibility and award levels, managing monthly, quarterly, and annual stock administration processes and reporting including compensation committee and proxy materials.

This is a senior role that requires a depth of experience in working with all levels of management including the ability to collaborate, evaluate, create, influence, and implement equity and long-term cash programs within a fast-changing retail environment.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Develop Equity program strategies, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to the CSC global objectives. Plan equity changes for the following plan year and ensure equity program meets all requirements.
  • Annually review equity plan design and conduct research to determine market equity values. Perform financial costing for plans which may include annual costs, annual projections, implementation costs of new programs, cost savings, ROI, and analyzing variances.
  • Partner with Finance team(s) to ensure strong fiscal stability for all programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and recommend changes to improve customer service and system accessibility.
  • Manage the corporate relationship with the transfer agent and other third-party administrators or consultants.
  • Assist in the equity and stock compensation footnote preparation for the Company's 10-Q and 10-K filings with the SEC. Provide equity information for the proxy statement and other annual reporting.
  • Monitor insider activitymanage Section 16 compliance program in conjunction with Legal.
  • Enhance equity and long-term cash program strategies and maintain program initiatives that adhere to global objectives.

YOU ARE

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of professional equity management experience
  • Strong competency with various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job.
  • Proficiency in using equity administration software, specifically Equity Edge Online.
  • Stock plan administration proficiency
  • CEP preferred
  • Retail and/or global equity experience preferred.
