ERP Analyst

Position Summary

Advanced Nutrients is looking for a NetSuite Business Analyst – FP&A ERP Administrator who will be responsible for providing support to Accounting, Finance, and Manufacturing. This is a consulting opportunity that should last approximately 6 months. Although this is a Functional BA, any ability to lend configuration advice is extremely helpful. The ERP Analyst will help with integrations, system enhancements, documentation, and automation. They will be responsible for maintain the application for reliable performance, performing analysis, identifying issues, and working with the business to provide solutions and drive improvements. With the company being in start-up mode, this role needs to operate in a constantly changing environment where the future will look vastly different than the present.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Support NetSuite ERP implementation and end-users and be a SME to help train end users on functionality of (Netsuite Planning & Budgeting) P&B,ERP support in Finance and Manufacturing.
• Detailed oriented individual with ability to rapidly learn and adjust to business needs
• Monitor Help Desk and provide triage/assist in troubleshooting systems issues including hardware and connectivity issues if/as needed
• Knowledge of ERP systems and related finance systems/manufacturing/technologies and reporting (Netsuite Planning and Budgeting)
• Dynamic understanding of business process in finance domain, including but not limited to Accounting (AP/AR/Payroll, etc), Finance (Planning/Budgeting/Reporting)
• Streamline accounting/finance processes using data and technology
• Enable consolidation report team to complete financial statements and management reports
• Documenting process flows, data needs and system requirements
• Working closely with the business, gathering requirements, creating use cases, scenarios and developing all documentation
• Working with end users gathering feedback, creating, and implementing processes for the systems. And Collaborate with team members on strong documentation tools
• Develop structured processes for business analysis, templates for requirements, business requirements documents, developer specifications, testing documents, end-user documentation

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems preferred.
• 4+ years of professional technology experience
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing and experience working with and supporting NetSuite systems and users
• Experience working with NetSuite (Suite Flow, Suite Commerce, Suite Connect etc.) in a Consumer Products company
• Minimum 4+ years’ progressive experience in accounting/finance, inclusive of:
• Proven experience in creating robust reporting and actionable analytics
  • 2+ Years working as an Administrator within the Financial capabilities
  • 2+ years’ experience as NetSuite Administrator or equivalent ERP system implementing and supporting customization/integration to ERP platform
• Strong experience with NetSuite (all modules through the entire product lifecycle)
• Strong Business Analysis skills
• Strong experience working within a SDLC environment
• Experience creating NetSuite custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
• Programming/scripting experience a plus
