ERP Consultant (Distribution & Accounting) Contract 7 months

We’re on the lookout for an experienced ERP Consultant specializing in Vietnam accounting systems to join our team in Bangkok. If you have a deep understanding of ERP solutions, enjoy client interactions, and excel at solving complex business challenges, this role is perfect for you!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation project activities, including
• Conducting face-to-face client meetings for requirements gathering, analysis, and definition.
• Coordinating conference room pilots, system testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Manage and monitor project scope of work to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Work within the overall project plan, schedule, and milestones.
• Ensure timely completion of all deliverables according to the implementation methodology.
• Generate accurate and timely project status updates, time tracking, and expense reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Must have)
• Minimum 3-5 years of ERP project implementation experience especially with Infor SyteLine (other systems like Oracle, Epicor, etc., are a plus). (Nice to have)
• Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking. (Must have)
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a service-minded and challenging spirit. (Must have)
• Solid understanding of business operations in manufacturing, and/or accounting in Vietnam. (Must have)
• Ability to work collaboratively within project teams, manage scope, and meet deadlines. (Must have)
