ERP Manager

First Quality was founded in 1989 and has grown to be a global privately held company with over 4,000 employees. Its corporate offices are located in Great Neck, New York, with manufacturing facilities and offices in Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Georgia, and Canada. First Quality is a diversified family of companies manufacturing consumer products ranging from Absorbent Hygiene (adult incontinence, feminine care, and baby care), Tissue (bath and towel), and Industrial (print and packaging materials), serving institutional and retail markets throughout the world. First Quality focuses on private label and branded product lines.

We are seeking an ERP Manager for First Quality Enterprises. This position will be responsible for low level design, development/configuration, testing, and deployment of all SAP application and integration assets across the enterprise.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Establishment and adherence to all application development/configuration policies, standards, and guidelines
• Establishment and adherence to all integration development/configuration policies, standards, and guidelines
• Relationship Management with all development partners
• Management of on and off-shore vendors/contractors, as needed to support IT Engineering
• Budget Management for all SAP engineering efforts
• Sign off on all Functional and Non-Functional requirements
• Execution of all SAP development/configuration activities, including interfaces
• Execution of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Stress Testing
• Execution of asset deployment across the system landscape including into Production, including Hypercare
• Own Knowledge transfer documentation and process for any new assets built and ensure seamless transition into IT Operational processes
• 3rd Level Operational Support
• Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, dynamic, and fluid environment while delivering results
• Comfortable with agility, with the ability to handle ambiguity and pivot strategy due to changing dynamics internally and externally

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of Cross functional team leadership experience
• 10+ years of SAP experience
• 10+ years of Enterprise Development
• 10+ years of Project Management experience (Waterfall & Agile)
• 5+ years of CPG Manufacturing experience preferred
• 5+ years of Business Process Design experience
• 5+ years of Enterprise Level Integration capabilities
• 5+ years of people management experience
