Summary: A PMO Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, aligned with organizational objectives, and deliver value to stakeholders. The role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and project management expertise.

Essential Duties:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and align the project management strategy with the overall business strategy.
• Work closely with senior management to understand organizational goals and objectives.

Governance and Standards:

• Establish and enforce project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Implement governance structures to monitor and control project execution.

Resource Management:

• Allocate and optimize resources across projects.
• Oversee resource capacity planning and demand management.
• Manage a team of project managers and support staff.

Performance Monitoring:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and the overall PMO.
• Monitor project performance against established KPIs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, risks, and performance.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Under This Roof, We Require

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 4 Years of relevant SAP Project Management experience.
• Experience in managing a team of 4-5 associates
