Amplify seeks a NetSuite Operations Product Owner to partner with our Operations and Facilities management teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the ERP Operations and Inventory Management product lifecycle, defining the product vision and strategy and driving product roadmap initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with Amplify leadership, product/operational partners, business systems, and the development and integration teams to manage, improve, and drive efficiencies in Operations business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Operations and Logistics teams to define and prioritize the product vision and strategy for ERP operations functions, including order management, inventory, manufacturing, demand planning, supply chain, and related financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with systems and operations leadership in articulating a product roadmap, deploying new features, improvements, and bug fixes based on business feedback, priorities, and goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite systems design and standard processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to detail business requirements and convert these requirements into Agile epics and stories.
  • Work closely with development and system administration teams to develop process and technical solutions while ensuring product features are delivered on time and meeting high-quality standards.
  • Measure and analyze product performance and organizational feedback to identify areas for process improvement and to inform future product development plans.
  • Work with project teams to build and manage product documentation, organizational change management needs, training plans, and other materials.
  • Understand company strategy and ensure our technology stack aligns with current and long-term goals.
  • Closely partner with the ERP Finance Product Owner to manage and guide Amplify's ERP platform.
  • Plan, facilitate, and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all initial implementations, future improvements, and system upgrades.

Basic Requirements
  • 5 to 7+ years of validated experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in NetSuite or a similar tier-1 enterprise ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of order management, inventory management, item creation & maintenance, and demand planning
  • Experience integrating with third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, 3PL WMS systems, data warehouses, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing clear and concise product requirements and user stories.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and prioritization.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple business initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong project management experience (Agile or Waterfall) and an ability to accurately identify tasks and estimate work.
  • Bachelor's Degree in information technologies, finance, accounting, or an equivalent.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Previous experience with warehouse management (WMS), supply chain, and associated standard methodologies.
  • Understanding technical protocols like EDI and web services (API rest, SOAP, etc.).
  • Experience working with large datasets with Excel, Tableau, or related tools.

What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
