ERP Project Manager (REMOTE)

Tech Firefly is teaming up with one of best healthcare institutions in the nation to hire a Project Manager with experience integrating Contract Lifecycle Management software with ERP such as Workday

Location: 100% Remote

Pay: $80-85/hour on W2

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple contracts and drive the contract negotiation process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal key stakeholders and external clients.
• Identify risks and issues and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to meet client expectations.
• Continuously monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources as needed.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and provide feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on contract lifecycle management.
• Experience working with legal teams and contract management systems.
• Experience with iCertis or similar CLM software
• Experience with ERP such as Workday
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and execution.
