Our Newest Opportunity:

As an ERP Project Manager at OneDigital, you will lead the implementation of Dynamics F&O ERP enabled business transformation. Your main focus will be on delivering the project successfully within scope, on time, and within the allocated budget, while adhering to industry standards and methodologies. This role requires a strong understanding of Finance and IT practices, as well as essential soft skills knowledge such as critical thinking, deductive reasoning, executive level communication, strategic leadership, building customer relationships, and a strong dedication to quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of the ERP implementation project, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Define project scope, objectives, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget estimates
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables
  • Manage and track project risks, assumptions, issues and decisions, as well as develop mitigation strategies as needed
  • Monitor project progress and performance and adjust the project plan, RAID Log, and charter, as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors along with internal teams to review prospective plans and support their projects are completed in a timely fashion, in line with agreed scope, budget and to the required quality
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments, stakeholders and strategic partners to identify needs and evaluate best project plan for execution
  • Facilitate and enable collaboration within Finance, IT services teams, and different parts of the business
  • Provide accurate project revenue and cost forecasts to budget
  • Constantly monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project to stakeholders, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a primary point of contact
  • Lead the F&O team to deliver quality solutions and services. Fostering a one team approach across different operational departments
  • Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline work plans

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with executive level communication strategies, time management, negotiation, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Extensive Project Management experience, with a proven ability to manage and deliver enterprise level projects successfully and at the same time create and maintain positive working relations both internally across teams and with our external customers
  • Can work with multiple stakeholders running multiple customer engagements simultaneously whilst balancing priorities and expectations
  • Proactively work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership, accountability, and responsibility
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Good understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Education, Training and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ERP systems and their implementation lifecycle
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP implementation and change management
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies (for example, PMI, PRINCE2 and agile)
  • Knowledge of project planning tools

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
