About the Role:

TreeHouse Foods is on a transformational journey to implement next gen ERP suite (currently in RFP/POC stage) which would be integrated with our current SAP ERP. The deployment will span over the next 24-36 months. The solution scope includes:

• Integrated Business Planning

• AIML Demand Planning

• Enterprise Supply Planning

• Materials Planning

• SAP Integration

This transformation will be a key enabler for us to engage and delight one customer at a time. It will fortify our supply chain against disruptions and position us as leaders in snacking and beverage categories. In this context we are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Architect with expertise in next generation ERPs viz. Blue Yonder/JDA, o9, Kinaxis, etc. The role will report to Director, SC Planning - IT, and will be based out of our US offices in Oak Brook, IL with a hybrid work schedule.

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in the implementation, configuration and integration of next gen ERP Supply Planning platform, in the context of a manufacturing environment.

Strong Track record on leading IBP, Demand, Supply Planning implementation teams, and architecture design ( in line with the role deliverables specified above) in a business-facing environment.

Experience of working on implementation projects and of working with third party systems integrators and business stakeholders.

Strong Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning - from demand forecasting through supply replenishment.

Understanding of supply planning concepts - consumption, safety stock, production rates/constraints etc(APICS certification preferred).

Demonstrable complex problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelors Required; Masters in IT, Operations, Computer Science or related field highly preferred.
