ERP Solutions Architect

Overview

We’re excited to be looking for an ERP Solutions Architect to join our Technology team in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Reporting to our Vice President, Technology, you’ll manage NetSuite, our ERP system, and play a critical role in troubleshooting and preventing any system issues.

This role is perfect for you’re an expert in NetSuite and are excited to have a hand in overseeing everything related to Brooklinen financials, including sales order, fulfillment, and more. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and we have a 2 days in/3 days remote schedule.

What you’ll do

• Support the day-to-day business operations in using NetSuite and other integrated systems
• Manage the configuration of NetSuite for new requirements or enhancements
• Partner with business to help create technical specs from business requirements for different projects or enhancements
• Assist in month-end reconciliation across disparate systems within the ERP suite
• Support upstream/downstream processes which include OMS/WMS/Ecommerce and others
• Work with business in knowledge transfer and identify super users from each department to help support NetSuite
• Manage the NetSuite/Boomi integrations with Boomi support partner and ensure that all integrations are working as designed
• Utilize JIRA for NetSuite and integration issues and collaborate with business user for resolution
• Present any system updates and their impact to the Brooklinen teams
• Manage/oversee the development, testing, and deployment of customizations, custom objects, and new functionalities based on evolving business needs
• Work with the Data team to ensure quality data is utilized for organizational reporting

We're looking for someone who brings

• 3-4 years of experience with NetSuite
• Experience working with DTC/Retail would be a plus
• Strong experience with Order-to-cash processes and best practice
• Experience with integration tools (Boomi would be a plus)
• Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain processes within NetSuite
• Certifications in NetSuite and APICS would be a plus
• Ability to articulate business issues and bring different solutions to business
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Positive team player with strong collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits

At Brooklinen, our goal is to offer a competitive total compensation package which we determine based on specific market data taking into account our company size, stage, industry, and location. The base salary range for this role is between $100,000.00 - $130,000.00. 

Beyond base salary, we contribute significantly to offset the cost of health benefits, offer a 401K with a 4% Safe Harbour match, grant a $1K annual wellness bonus, have commuter benefits, and also provide a yearly product allowance. 

We have 14 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, year-long Summer Fridays, a workday that starts at 10 am, four weeks of vacation, and a one-month paid sabbatical at your 5th anniversary.
