ERP Support Analyst
Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for the overall business analysis and support of enterprise business applications, specifically ERP. They will collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to accomplish their mission.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and update their knowledge on the range of solutions
- Answer the first-line requests of user-clients (by phone or by e-mail and ticketing system).
- Analyze the nature of the request, categorize it and diagnose the reported problems through problem-solving and active listening.
- Document and create procedures to solve repeat issues
- Reproduce technical problems experienced by the users as needed.
- Consult with internal specialists to find the optimal solutions to the reported problems and use all available tools to identify and implement solutions.
- Inform, advise, and transmit instructions to the client to solve their first level problems.
- Manages user provisioning and access requests for enterprise applications
- Complies with company, quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
- This is an onsite roll with option for some remote work after full integrated

QUALIFICATIONS• 2-year technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience• 2+ years of ERP troubleshooting, end-user training & support• 2+ years working with supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, warehouse and/or distribution experience• 3+ years of hands on and over the phone troubleshooting experience• Experience with ERP (Shop Floor reporting, Advanced Report Writer, BarTender not required but beneficial)• IT experience in a medical device environment with regulatory knowledge• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws• Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Positive attitude, approachable, and friendly• Strong problem-solving abilities• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude• Able to motivate teams• Able to multitask• Able to present technical concepts and ideas in user-friendly language• Self-motivated and self-directed• Strong attention to detail
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
